How We Use Information

• To save and organize your tasks and reminders

• To verify premium access and AI feature eligibility
• To generate AI-powered features such as AI Brief and Weekly AI Review when you choose to use them

AI Features

If you use AI features, relevant task and productivity data may be sent to our backend and AI service in order to generate suggestions and summaries. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before relying on it.

Notifications

If you enable reminders or deadline alerts, the app uses local notifications on your device. Notification permission is optional and can be changed anytime in iOS Settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Information is only shared with service providers necessary to run app features, such as subscription validation and AI processing.

Data Storage

Core task and productivity data is primarily stored locally on your device. Some premium and AI-related checks may involve secure communication with our backend.
