Subscription Help
Need help with purchases, restore, or Pro access?
- Include the device model and iOS version
- Describe whether the issue is purchase, restore, or paywall related
- Do not send full payment details
Reminder Issues
If reminders are not showing:
- Check notification permission in iPhone Settings
- Make sure the task or reminder has a valid deadline/time
- Confirm Focus or Do Not Disturb is not silencing alerts
AI Features
If AI Brief or Weekly AI Review is not working:
- Make sure your Pro subscription is active
- Check internet connection
- If prompted, review and accept AI consent
General Troubleshooting
- Force close and reopen the app
- Try Restore Purchases from Settings if Pro features are locked
- Update to the latest version of the app
